Light and medium capacity — bench, floor, and hopper scale test reports with shift tests

Non-commercial reports — simple inspection and multi-scale test records
Certificates — calibration certificates with NIST-traceable equipment references
The form builder

Missing a form? That's a Tuesday afternoon, not a change order.

  • Build it in the browser — fields, layout, rules, and tolerance equations, no code.
  • Publish once, everywhere — every technician's device gets the new version on its next sync. No app update, no IT project.
  • Or we build it with you — state forms not yet in the library are created during onboarding from your state's published requirements.
  • Versioned — update a form and past reports keep the layout they were filed with.

Questions

Straight answers.

Which state forms are included?

Placed-in-service and state test report forms for the 30 states listed above, plus USDA Packers & Stockyards reports for vehicle, livestock, hopper, and monorail scales.

What if my state isn't in the library?

We build it with you during onboarding from your state's current published requirements, or you build it yourself in the browser form builder. Either way it reaches every technician's device on the next sync.

Where do the templates come from?

Each template is built from the state weights and measures authority's current published requirements and specifications, so the form you file matches what your state expects.

Do the forms know the tolerances?

Yes. Forms are wired to the equipment registry, so when a tech picks the scale, the class, division size, and HB‑44 tolerance bands come with it — pass or fail is computed as readings are entered.
